Email addresses are collected only if you register for a paid plan. No phone numbers, physical addresses, or government IDs are requested at any point.

How We Use Your Data

Uploaded images are used solely to generate your requested output. They are processed in isolated temporary memory and never used to train or update AI models without explicit consent.

Cookies

Session cookies are used to maintain your active session and remember plan-level permissions. These cookies expire when the browser session ends — no persistent tracking cookies are set.

Analytics cookies from privacy-respecting providers may record aggregate page visit counts. Individual user behavior is never tracked, profiled, or sold to advertisers.

Data Sharing

newamericaacqisition does not sell, rent, or trade user data. Infrastructure providers processing data on our behalf are contractually prohibited from using that data for any independent purpose.

Security Measures

All data in transit is encrypted via TLS 1.3. Uploaded images are stored in isolated temporary containers — inaccessible to other users and automatically deleted within 60 minutes.

No employee has routine access to user-uploaded images. Access logs are reviewed quarterly for anomalies and retained for 90 days before permanent deletion.
