By accessing or using newamericaacqisition, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you disagree with any part, discontinue use immediately.

These terms are effective from January 1, 2026. newamericaacqisition reserves the right to update them at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Permitted Use

You may use the clothing removal app solely for lawful purposes — including digital art, design reference, and academic research. Commercial redistribution of outputs requires written approval.

Prohibited Content

Processing images of real, identifiable individuals without their explicit written consent is strictly prohibited. Content involving minors is banned and will be reported to authorities.

Uploading copyrighted imagery, non-consensual intimate imagery, or material intended to harass or defame any person violates these terms and may result in account termination.

Intellectual Property

All AI models, interfaces, and underlying technology remain the exclusive intellectual property of newamericaacqisition. Output images generated by users carry no warranty of ownership.

Limitation of Liability

newamericaacqisition is not liable for any damages arising from misuse of the platform, output inaccuracies, or third-party actions. Use of deepfake clothes removal tools is at your own risk.

Maximum liability under any claim is limited to the amount paid by the user in the 30 days preceding the incident, where permitted by applicable law.

Third-Party Services

The platform may use third-party infrastructure providers for hosting and processing. These providers are bound by data processing agreements consistent with our privacy commitments.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Report any unauthorized access to info@newamericaacqisition within 24 hours of discovery.

Your Rights

You may request deletion of any account data at any time. Submit requests to info@newamericaacqisition. All verifiable requests are processed within 7 business days.

Changes to Terms

Updated terms are posted on this page with a revised effective date. For material changes, registered users receive email notification at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
